Social Media Doctor is operated by Saanjh, a proprietorship. It helps brands manage their own social media. This policy explains what we handle and why. Contact: hello@sociomediadoctor.com.
Your email address, your brand details, and the data from accounts you connect: your posts, comments, messages and ad results. We only access accounts you connect yourself, through each platform’s official sign-in.
Only to run the service for your brand: sorting your inbox, drafting replies and posts, and showing your results. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anyone else’s brand.
Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), Google (AI features), Resend (email) and Razorpay (payments). Card details go directly to the payment provider.
Each brand’s data is kept separate, and platform access is stored encrypted. LinkedIn comments are deleted after 48 hours. You can disconnect an account at any time from Connect accounts.
You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time. See data deletion.
