You can cancel at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
Plan fees and top-up tokens are not refundable once the period has started or the tokens have been used. Unused top-up tokens can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, tell us within 7 days and we will refund that amount in full.
If an image or video fails to make, your tokens are returned to your account automatically.
Ad spend is paid directly by you to the ad platform. We never receive it, so we cannot refund it.
